Good questions

What does MitHelfer cost?

Planning is free. When you publish your event page, you pay €3.99 for that event – or €9.90 for unlimited events over the next 12 months. It's a one-off payment, nothing renews automatically. MitHelfer is always free for helpers and parents.

Do parents need an account?

No. Helpers enter their name and email and confirm once by email. The link in that email lets them view or cancel their sign-up at any time.

How does the organising team sign in?

With your email address. You get a six-digit code, enter it, done. There's no password to forget.

What happens when a shift is full?

Helpers can join the waiting list. If someone cancels, the next person moves up automatically and gets an email.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in the EU, in Frankfurt. We use no advertising trackers, and fonts don't load from third-party servers.

What happens after the event?

Helpers' names and email addresses are deleted automatically 30 days after the event. You can change this period per event.

Can several people plan together?

Yes. Invite other parents or teachers to the organising team by email. Everyone has the same rights for all events of your school, nursery or club.

Which languages is the event page available in?

German, English, Turkish, Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Romanian, Italian, Spanish and French. Every family chooses its own language.
